A soft skill workshop for Police Officers
was organised on 17/06/2014 from 09.30 AM to 11.30 AM at Government Higher
Primary School, Mannagudda, Mangalore. A Soft skill session on “
Building Positive relationships” was taken up by Mr. Shrikanth Shenoy, a
competent trainer who is working for a large software MNC at
Mangalore.
The event was organized by Sri. R.
Hithendra, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police, Mangalore City and sponsored by
Mangalore Coastal Round Table 190. 45 Police officers including women police
officers were participated in this workshop.
The
training mainly comprises understanding work pattern, strengthening relations
between them, importance of work planning, maximum use of available resources
and team work for better public service. The seminar was also focused on
identifying strength, opportunities and threats to Mangalore City Police.
